Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. -
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, certain items such as used medical equipment and opened sterile products cannot be returned. -
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at support@medicalaustraliangroup.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. -
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. -
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
